What's New in RV Itinerary 2.5

iPhone app 2.5: our biggest upgrade yet (November 2026)

Rebuilt RV-safe routing: automatic detours around low clearances, warnings for clearances near your route, and a Route Safety summary for the whole trip
CarPlay: smoother map transitions as you drive, and offline maps for your active trip, so navigation keeps working where there's no cell service
Weather & route alerts: RV Itinerary checks the next 7 days of your trip for severe-weather alerts at each upcoming stop and alerts on the drive there, and notifies you when something new comes up, so you have time to adjust your plans
New Today screen: your next stop, quick actions for Spot 2 Night, Emergency, Bucket List and Nearby, and unscheduled stops
Trip Readiness: each stop rated Ready, Review or High Risk, including weather alerts
Redesigned trips: drive times between stops, overlap and gap warnings, bucket-list places within 25 miles of your route, Rename Trip, Apple Calendar sync and PDF sharing
Bucket list: alerts when you're within 50 miles, Mark as Visited, map clustering, weather, Street View and Add to Trip
Reviews to Add: a reminder to review the campgrounds you've stayed at
AI trip search (Beta) and new Siri shortcuts, such as "Navigate to my next campground in RV Itinerary"
